Jean-Paul DuQuette Funny and fun mix of synthwave, parody and '80s samples. Definitely worth picking up. Favorite track: Hello (feat. 80s action star Creek Stanley).
Zerotonine thumbnail
Zerotonine I immediately fell in love with this new sophomore record as soon as the intro played. Bookended by skits from a washed up Hollywoodite, you'll hear a diverse amount of genres and influences including retro electro, old school rap, italo, disco and 80's workout. There's wonderful collabs from Dana Jean Phoenix, Phatt Rok Ski, JJ Mist and Syntax. I've been a fan of this dude's work on singles and compilations so far, but this is a great introduction I can't recommend enough. Favorite track: Eating Right (feat. Syntax).

The pull.. the temptations to man. It is about all the things that is always there to hinder us from living a spiritual and harmonic life. But they are just so... fun, you know?

This is Tape Loader sophomore album. It took a year and a half to complete. A lot of time went - not only to the creation of audio art, but to deal with the Italy based record label Sunlover records. They are so greedy and complicated, and the negotiations went on for months, and nasty Pizza threats were made. Seriously though, thank you Sunlover, you guys rock. I loved to collab with other artists this time, that goes for all participants, I grew... thanks to you.
